99xbd Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all services, features, and operations of the 99xbd platform ("Platform"). By registering with 99xbd or starting to use the services, you ("you" or "Member") agree to fully accept and comply with all provisions of these Terms.

99xbd is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live dealer games. The platform is designed for users in Bangladesh and uses SSL encryption technology to ensure secure and fair service delivery.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the 99xbd platform and participate in any gaming activity. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only. 99xbd may request proof of valid identity at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, and any pending bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account. It is your responsibility to notify the 99xbd support team promptly if any of your personal details change.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 99xbd account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, 99xbd may carry out identity verification procedures at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold. 99xbd will always protect the confidentiality of your information.

3.3 Account Closure & Suspension

99xbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations
• Evidence of bonus abuse

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

99xbd currently accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. 99xbd does not share your payment information with any third party. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 99xbd may carry out additional verification.

4.4 Failed or Pending Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal transaction is not completed or remains in processing for an extended period, please email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. 99xbd will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

99xbd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Wagering requirements apply in order to claim the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited
• 99xbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice

5.4 VIP Program

The 99xbd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits may change without prior notice.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on 99xbd are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased. Ensuring fair play is our highest priority.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error, disconnection, or server issue occurs during a game, 99xbd will resolve the situation as fairly as possible. 99xbd reserves the right to make the final decision in cases of abnormal wins or losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to various games and are displayed in the respective game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when placing bets using a bonus balance.

7.2 Monitoring of Suspicious Activity

99xbd monitors all activity using advanced technology. If suspicious behaviour is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. All transaction processing may be paused during the investigation period.
